Solutions 4 Mobility (“S4M”) is a leading mobile enterprise solutions provider serving the Banking and Financial Services Industry (BSFI), Automotive, and Government sectors in the MENA region. The Company offers end-to-end solutions in mobile application development from design and production, Business Process Integration (BPI), Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), quality assurance and testing, to 24/7 solution support.
Situation Overview
The CEO and primary shareholder sought to establish a succession plan over a three- year period and was looking for a strategic partner that could help further strengthen S4M’s position in the BSFI within the MENA region.
Client Outcome
S4M was acquired by Nagarro SE (NGRRF), a global software development and technology consulting company operating in 33 countries with over 18,000 employees. Digital transformation was very high on the agenda as the MENA Region transitioned to a knowledge-based economy. S4M’s team and reputation coupled with Nagarro’s resources allowed them to expand their reach within that market providing significant upside for both parties in the transaction.
