The company serviced customers across North America in a variety of sectors including technology, professional services, finance and e-commerce.
Situation Overview
The company had experienced significant growth over the previous few years and was looking for a strategic partner to help continue to scale the business while also looking for a partial liquidity event.
Client Outcome
Pedestal was acquired by Republix Platform Technologies (RPT), an integrated group of marketing agencies with complimentary strategic and tactical marketing expertise. The transaction allowed the Pedestal shareholders to substantially de-risk while remaining active in the ongoing business, take advantage of synergy creation and benefit from the combined growth of the businesses.
