Antoine Brousseau is a CPA and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) whose experience bridges the worlds of corporate advisory and entrepreneurship. After graduating from HEC Montréal, Antoine launched his career at a Big Four firm, gaining extensive experience in transaction advisory services.

Fueled by an entrepreneurial drive, Antoine eventually decided to step away from the corporate world to launch new ventures. Among them was Tango, a financial advisory firm created with the mission of offering business valuation services—once limited to big firms—available to ambitious entrepreneurs and growing businesses.

As Tango continued to grow, Antoine recognized the opportunity to enhance the firm’s offering through a merger with IJW & Co., a Montreal investment banking boutique sharing the same entrepreneurial and fast-paced culture.

Following the merger, Antoine aims to continue advising entrepreneurs and business leaders on various strategic financial advisory and M&A opportunities. His blend of Big Four experience and entrepreneurial mindset positions him as a trusted guide for companies navigating growth, transition, and transformative transactions.
