Harjot is a finance professional with experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Asset Management. He completed his MBA from the Schulich School of Business and holds the Chartered Finance Analyst (CFA) designation.

During his MBA, Harjot interned at Define Capital, a PE firm, where he evaluated B2B SaaS companies, and at Techstars, where he advised early-stage tech startups on business development and fundraising strategies. Before business school, he worked in Venture Capital, assessing Pre-Seed to Series A startups across Enterprise SaaS, FinTech, D2C, and Creator Economy.

Harjot specializes in deal sourcing, due diligence, valuation, and transaction execution. He has a keen interest in working with technology-driven businesses and follows emerging trends in finance and innovation, including advancements in areas like Quantum.
