Marc–Antoine is an Associate at IJW & Co. Prior to joining the firm, he spent over five years at Deloitte within the Business Valuation and Litigation practice, where he developed his expertise through various projects involving business and asset valuations, financial modelling, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment testing and other valuation analysis for purposes of M&A, financing, tax, litigation, financial reporting and other. He has notably been exposed to a wide range of sectors such as professional services, insurances, manufacturing, energy, technology, and more. 

Marc–Antoine is recognized for his analytical mindset and attention to detail. He is also a member of the CBV Institute (CBV- Chartered Business Valuator) and the Quebec Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) Order.
